By using Kupi to search and book bus tickets, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking Services

Kupi is an online platform that aggregates bus ticket inventory from multiple SADC bus operators and facilitates bookings on your behalf. The bus operator is the carrier responsible for your journey.

Pricing and Payment

• Ticket prices are set by bus operators and may change without notice.
• Kupi supports payment in ZAR (via PayFast, EcoCash, InnBucks) and USD (via ContiPay).
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual bus operators. Contact the operator directly using the details on your ticket. Kupi's service fee is non-refundable.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure all passenger details are accurate at the time of booking.
• Carry valid ID or passport that matches your ticket name.
• Arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure.
